• Depend on the accuracy and completeness of the data entered

Results do not:

• Guarantee payment or settlement amounts

• Bind any insurer, third party, or court

• Constitute legal advice, insurance advice, or insurer directives

Insurer Discretion: Even where coverage exists, an insurer retains ultimate discretion over whether to compensate a claimant for a covered loss and in what amount. An insurer's decision to deny, reduce, or delay payment — including for diminished value or loss of use — is entirely outside the control of Claim Complete Auto™. Calculator results are intended to support your claim, not to guarantee an insurer's response to it.

Actual claim outcomes may vary significantly.

Proprietary trade secrets: Calculator methodology, scoring logic, and report formatting constitute proprietary trade secrets of Claim Complete Auto™ and are protected under applicable intellectual property law.

3. No Client–Adjuster or Professional Relationship

Use of these calculators:

• Does not create a public adjuster–client relationship

• Does not establish representation, advocacy, or fiduciary duty

• Does not obligate Claim Complete Auto Appraisals to negotiate, dispute, or manage a claim

Any professional services require a separate written agreement.

4. Nationwide Availability & Jurisdictional Differences

The calculators are available for use nationwide; However, insurance practices, laws, and claim handling standards vary by state.

Users are responsible for understanding how:

• State laws

• Policy language

• Local insurer practices

-may impact how calculator results are interpreted or applied. Jurisdictional or State regulation can be located by contacting your local insurance commissioner.

5. Access Duration & Digital Delivery

Calculator purchases provide time-limited digital access as stated at checkout (typically 72 hours unless otherwise noted). Access begins immediately upon successful purchase. Because access is delivered digitally and instantly, users are encouraged to:

• Save or export results during the access period

• Review inputs carefully before finalizing calculations.

Claim Complete Auto™ reserves the right to extend access at its sole discretion for customer service purposes.

6. Refund & Access Policy

Due to the immediate nature of digital access, all sales are final except as described below.

Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with results or outcomes. That said — we believe in fair treatment, not gotcha policies. If you experience technical issues, payment errors, or access problems - please contact support@claimcompleteauto.com within the active access window so we can review and address the issue.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Claim Complete Auto™ is not liable for:

• Decisions made based on calculator results

• Financial outcomes, settlements, or disputes

• Interpretations by insurers, attorneys, courts, or third parties

• Lost opportunities, delays, or indirect damages

Use of the calculators is at your own discretion and risk. A professional, comprehensive, appraisal is the most accurate method of determining vehicle values.

8. Intellectual Property

All calculator tools, content, logic, and presentation are the property of Claim Complete Auto™.

Users may:

• Use results for personal, informational purposes 

Users may not:

• Copy, resell, distribute, or reproduce the calculators

• Reverse-engineer or misuse the tools

• Represent calculator outputs as professional appraisals

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use periodically to reflect:

• Product updates

• Regulatory changes

• Business practices

The most current version will always be posted on this page.
Continued use of the calculators constitutes acceptance of updated terms. Users will be notified of material changes via email where possible.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of the Claim Complete Auto™ Calculator products shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings shall be brought in the courts of Pierce County, Washington.
